Deadly fault of Mr. Tam, or story about the politics of crisisMISSION ASANZO
The case of Mr. Tam Asanzo had a few people who asked me to take care of him. Tam no, at that time it happened 1-2 days. However, I refused because part of the plan had to return to Germany urgently due to work. In part, there are several personal reasons.
Observing how to handle the problem, you can see the great efforts of Mr.’s media team. Tam in handling the crisis. Those are great efforts, needing the recognition of Asanzo.
However, Mr. Tam made fatal mistakes while handling this.
First of all, to talk about the handling of crises that are specific to the biosphere of Vietnamese culture, politics and communication, especially the legal factor, if only playing the flag in the media is not eating. lose, and rely on chance. It was just a solution to breath to suffocate, or raise flags of dead ships floating in the ocean.
More importantly, a tactical solution is needed, and it has to be something else. This is difficult to say, we temporarily call advocacy. But simple and easy to imagine, it can be said like this: Crisis is when you lose the ability to survive and resilient. It is like a person becoming dehydrated from diarrhea (which is a crisis). The first thing to do is rehydrate.
What is “rehydration” in this case ?! Is strengthening your self-defense abilities, reinforcing the factors that can make you strong again.
How to “strengthen” ?! The rule of heart is “when the flood is big, the fish must not swim upstream”. Fighting back is the most draining way of resources and self-defense.
One of the major forces of power is called “politics” or “political backing.” The word “politics” here is not pedantic or “has nothing to do with private enterprise”. It both works together!
Politics operates by the principle of “right and wrong”, but it also operates with emotions, sympathy, and is controlled by the mentality of “the dominant crowd”. Politics is based on the crowd. The crowd operates with emotions (Gustave Le Bon says). Therefore, playing the victim, with a different tactic, would be more appropriate than aggressive arguing right and wrong.
In the case of Mr. Tam, not only Asanzo was under pressure, the authorities in charge of related fields were also under pressure. Fighting back will consume the support and trust of these agencies. Any attempt to lobby or “call for help” will fail. No one accepts to play with someone who wants to talk to him the day before, and the next day he wants to face his partner.
Politics operates by the principle of “right and wrong”, but it also operates with emotions, sympathy, and is controlled by the mentality of “the mainstream”. Politics is based on the crowd. The recent developments show, it seems that Mr.’s group. Tam is strong on social media, but lobbying is an Achille heel!
Remember, a battle without a strategy is a battle that is full of risks with your life.
These letters are, in this case, a spin of despair. Should have been silently over time to do other things more needed.
Therefore, I do not believe in any bright results for Mr. Tam and Asanzo in this case. Even so, I really do want Vietnam to have many strong businesses!
